HomeGroups

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24,25.

Where Church really happens.

Our church is growing - praise God! But it's hard to develop meaningful relationships from being together for an hour on Sunday. Home Groups exist to provide an essential opportunity for deeper fellowship and accountability. All members, and anyone anyone who would like to, are members of a Home Group which will usually meet nearby where they live.

A snapshot of what's happening in this area:

... The core of Home Group is the establishment of little communities - where there is fellowship, caring and the sharing of joys and sorrows.

... The Home Group programme has a variety of different formats but a common feature is a further look at the passage that was taught at the Sunday service in the week before.

... Aside from meeting together the Home Groups take responsibility for a  number of ministries including providing the meal for the weekly international student lunch and taking services at local care homes.
