Part of the outreach of Deeside focuses on a spiritual input into the local Nursing Homes of which there are three in the area. On one Sunday of every month, each nursing home is visited and an informal meeting takes place, offering praise, fellowship and the opportunity to share the gospel message with the elderly and infirmed residents.

 

Ministry Highlights:

- To give hope and comfort in Jesus’ name to those who are lonely and depressed.
- The need for prayer in moments of anxiety.
- Reflecting on Jesus’ accomplishments.
- The forgiveness of sins.
- Eternal life and hope for the future.
- Face to face contact to show that the church cares for each of them.
